We want to make a difference in the lives of horses and people.
Save Them All Horse Rescue is an equine rescue located in Northern California. We are an all-volunteer, certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization made up of community volunteers dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abandoned, abused, neglected, and unwanted horses.
Although the name of our rescue states an impossible task, it is not one we will stop dreaming or working towards. We need the community’s help to help the horses in our care and those who come next.
STAHR began in 2011 as a life's dream of Vicki Greene, founder and President of Save Them All Horse Rescue. The mission was simple: rescue neglected, starved, or unwanted horses to rehabilitate both physically and emotionally and find them forever homes. We aim to train the horses in our care to a level where they can be adopted and flourish in a new home, with new pasture pals or a dedicated owner. Saving horses one at a time!
Our rescue has accepted horses from a variety of different circumstances: county animal controls prior to euthanasia, working farms that have failed due to owner's health, ranches that can no longer care for their animals, and Mustangs from the Bureau of Land Management. Our goal is to be there when horses need us.
